Once you submit your application, you will receive an acknowledgement email.  After your application has been processed (within two business days), look for an additional email with information regarding your membership dues.  We look forward to welcoming you as a new member!

Out of State Transfers

As long as you reside or practice in Florida, we welcome you to transfer your tripartite membership (ADA, State, and Local) and join the Florida Dental Association (FDA).  If you would like to transfer your membership, please contact our Member Relations Department at 800-877-9922.

FDA Dual Membership

Members of other state dental associations are welcome to support organized dentistry in Florida. Providing that you are in good standing with the ADA, you may join the FDA as a dual member and receive all of the benefits that the FDA offers in addition to the ones you receive through your tripartite membership.
